1. Introduction

luck101 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for Pakistani players. The platform provides access to Sports Betting (including Cricket, Pakistan Super League, Football, Esports, and other sports), Live Casino, Casino games, Slot Games, Fish Games, and related features. All account balances and transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

These Terms apply to every user who accesses or uses luck101, regardless of whether they have registered an account or are browsing as a guest. By continuing to use luck101, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use a luck101 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

Providing false information during registration is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

3. Account Rules

Once your luck101 account is registered, the following rules apply at all times:

• One account per user: You may only hold one active luck101 account. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same person — identified by name, CNIC number, phone number, device, IP address, or payment details — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. luck101 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Account activity: You must only use your luck101 account for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Using your account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is prohibited.
• Accurate details: If any of your registered details change — particularly your phone number or payment details — you must update your account promptly. luck101 cannot process withdrawals correctly if your registered payment details are outdated.
• Inactive accounts: luck101 reserves the right to apply an inactivity policy to accounts that have had no login, deposit, or wagering activity for an extended period. You will be notified before any balance deductions are applied.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on luck101 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not involve foreign currency at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast interbank transfers, standard bank transfers to major Pakistani banks, and mobile wallets where applicable. The specific deposit channels available may vary and are displayed at the time of deposit within your account.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes displayed in the platform. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically processed faster than bank transfers.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing bets or playing any game on luck101, you agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel, amend, or reverse a bet that has already been placed and accepted by the system, except where an in-play cash-out option is specifically available and you choose to use it.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), luck101 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the original stake to your account balance in PKR. This applies equally to sports betting and casino games.
• For sports betting, luck101 uses official results from the relevant governing body (for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL and domestic cricket, and FIFA/UEFA for football) as the basis for settling bets. Results as announced by the governing body are final for settlement purposes.
• luck101 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict specific markets, or limit the maximum payout for any bet at its discretion. This may apply to individual accounts or to specific events where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Casino and Slot Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. luck101 does not interfere with the outcome of any game.
• Winnings from bets and games are credited to your PKR balance promptly after settlement. From there, you may continue playing or request a withdrawal.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

luck101 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional offers to registered users. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer carries a specific wagering requirement — the total amount of real-money wagering you must complete before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, 10x means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount).
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and may only be used on the games or sports betting markets specified in the promotion details.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately within your account. Real money is used first for wagers; bonus funds are used once real money is exhausted, unless the bonus terms specify a different order.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on luck101. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be escalated further:

• Underage use: Registering or using luck101 if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one luck101 account.
• Identity fraud: Using a false name, date of birth, CNIC, or any other falsified identity information during registration or verification.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in casino games or sports pools in a way that gives any participant an unfair advantage.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on sporting events in which you have any direct or indirect ability to influence the outcome.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, software, or any automated mechanism to place bets, play games, or interact with the luck101 platform in a non-human manner.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any gains obtained this way will be voided.

Game content and software provided by third-party game studios on the luck101 platform remains the intellectual property of those studios. Their respective licencing terms apply to that content.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting luck101 support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned via your registered PKR payment method after applicable checks are completed.
